My wife and I approached Ana in regard to the sale of our HISTORIC home in downtown Okotoks, known as Dr. Ardiel's house. We were working with Ana on downtown development prior. We also approached a couple of our old realtor friends, who said they had no idea how to price it. When we first met with Ana, our price estimate was much lower than what she gave us. We agreed on her service fee, the process of selling and hired her as our realtor. She spent about 100h on pricing it, marketing, realtor tours, measurement and talking to appraisers. She developed a good relationship with our appraiser so he can get the right facts and put in a correct appraisal. In the end we sold our property for $150k more than what we had initially thought we would get for it and to a perfect new owner for the community that Ana was working all along.
